From first fitting to final handoff.
1. Create an account
Use your studio's email and a unique password of at least 12 characters. This beta has no password reset or email verification.
2. Record costumes
Enter an alias, class, size, supplier, price and manual deposit. Do not enter sensitive personal information or identify minors.
3. Advance stages
Move from planned to ordered to received to handed off. Stages cannot move backwards. The ledger records staff assertions, not independent proof of custody.
4. Export and review
Download CSV and review any missing or incorrect data. Account storage is capped at 1,000 costume records.
Known gaps
No production backup schedule, email verification, password recovery, monitored support, payments or public E2E verification. Do not treat the source beta as production ready.

Why handoffs need a ledger
Separating ordered, received and handed-off states makes follow-up visible before the show.
Three fields that prevent reorders
A consistent alias, exact size and supplier reference reduce avoidable confusion. Verify fit against the supplier's current chart.

Privacy and terms.
Privacy notice (draft)
Account emails, salted password hashes, private costume records, sessions and unmonitored support notes are stored in a local database. Avoid identifying minors. Retention, data deletion requests, and incident response procedures are not yet established.
Terms (draft)
Pre-production evaluation software, provided without uptime, data preservation, payment, safety, or compliance guarantees. It is not a system of record for physical custody.
Release gate
Production requires reviewed legal notices, monitored support, password recovery, backups and restoration testing, security review, custom-domain HTTPS and public E2E validation.
